Rev. Dr. Randy Wieland
Lead Pastor
Randy was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Calvin College and Reformed Bible College where he received a Bachelor of Christian Education degree. Randy received his Masters of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary and his Doctorate from San Francisco Theological Seminary. Randy has served churches in Michigan and Northern and Southern California. In 2005 Randy received a call to be lead pastor of Christ’s Community Church.
Randy is married to Diane and has two amazing adult children, Amanda and Anthony. Randy is passionate about making Jesus famous in this geography. He enjoys motorcycles, fixing things, good coffee, fireworks, and mission trips.

 
 
 
 
 
Amanda Siegal
Worship Arts Director
As a high school student, Amanda relocated to the Phoenix area and CCC with her family. She attended the University of Arizona where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. In 2013, Amanda accepted the position of Worship Arts Director. She strives to skillfully provide a space for God-connections and participation with the Spirit through thoughtfully designed music sets, dance and drama productions, all in an intentional atmosphere. 
Amanda met her husband, Kyle, at UofA while working together on an Entrepreneurship and Law collaborative to launch a new venture. Together they enjoy serving in high school ministry and riding with the C4 motorcycles.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Fred Bates

Pastor of Adult Ministry

Fred has attended Christ’s Community Church since 1995. Fred began serving at CCC as an Elder, then a Deacon and led the Wednesday night children’s programming before accepting a part time position as Director of Adult Ministry in 2005. Fred became a Commissioned Pastor of Adult Ministry in March 2011. Before entering full time ministry at CCC, he was the Mission Administrator for Sunnyslope Presbyterian Church, Director of Project DANSE (a homeless services program), Director of the Desert Mission Food Bank and Director of Member Services for the Association of Arizona Food Banks.
Fred and his wife Shelley have two adult children, Adam and Joshua, and are blessed with a wonderful granddaughter, Veda.

 
 
 
 
Cindy Moore
Church Administrator and Director of Support Ministry
Cindy was employed by the Washington Elementary School District in a number of positions prior to accepting the Church Administrator and Director of Support Ministry position at CCC in March 2000.  Cindy became an active partner at CCC in 1994, and currently serves as an Elder, a Commissioned Leader, and a Stephen Ministry Leader.
Cindy married her high school sweetheart Alan in 1975, and they are blessed with two wonderful adult children, Shawna and Richard, Richard’s lovely wife, Sarah, and their son, Wesley.
 
 
 
 
 
Serena Beckman
Director of Kidz Ministry
Serena is an Arizona native who has attended Christ’s Community Church since birth. Her mom will tell you that she was in church the same week she was born in July 1987. A turning point came when Serena chose to study Early Childhood Education rather than pursuing Journalism at Arizona State University and began interning in Kidz Ministry at CCC. Serena began directing the after-school program on campus, After the Bell, right out of college. She stepped into the role of directing Kidz Ministry as well in the fall of 2016. Serena also became a Commissioned Pastor that she might better meet the needs of kids and families in our geography.

Kelly De Young
Campus Pastor, CCC Orangewood
Kelly was born in Grand Rapids, MI, and attended Davenport Community College. She was called into full time ministry in 2003, and began her journey serving as a volunteer in Kids Ministry. Kelly was commissioned as a Commissioned Pastor in 2013 and until recently served as the Pastor of Kidz Ministry at CCC. Currently, she serves as the Campus Pastor at the CCC Orangewood campus.  
Kelly and her husband Scott have five children: Derek, Heather, Ashleigh, Taylor and Hayley and four grandchildren.

Anthony Mateos

Pastor of Spanish Ministry

Anthony was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico in 1990. In 2008, he worked with students at the Fundación Familiar a Hispanic Church in Phoenix. Feeling a strong call to ministry, Anthony attended Latin American College in La Puente, CA, graduating in 2011. He began attending Christ’s Community Church in 2014, and now pastors the Spanish-speaking congregation at the church’s Orangewood campus.
Anthony and his wife Gabi were wed in February 2012. They are blessed with two great puppies, Zelda and Ace.

 
 
 
 
 
David Mateos

Campus Worship Leader

David was born in Mexico City, Mexico. He was raised in Arizona. At the age of 20, David joined Christ’s Community Church when his home church merged with CCC to become its new Spanish Ministry. David quickly plugged into the Worship Team and also served as an Intern in Kidz Ministry. After developing his musical skill as a volunteer at the Thunderbird Campus, David felt called to be a part of the Orangewood Launch Team. David was hired as the Campus Worship Leader in 2015, where he leads music for both the English and Spanish services. With an eye for design and a love for technology, David also assists in graphic arts and video production.
